About Devon
Devon was placed in my home 1/6/98. I am a trained therapeutic foster parent. The plan was for me to work with her for 6 months, and then for her to go back home. Her adopted mother never returned for her or called to ask about her. She will now be in my care until she is emancipated.
Devon is profoundly deaf, but she is gifted in drama, dance and writing. My humble prayer is that she will be accepted at the School for the Creative and Performing Arts.
